Please add onto the list of required supplies: a composition book (with at least 100 sheets; might be labeled as having 200 pages; lines that are college or wide ruled, either is fine.  These are usualy a little smaller than normal pieces of binder paper.  Although composition books are a little more expensive than a regular notebook, these usually hold up better and students are less likely to pull pages from the composition book when out of binder paper).  Click here for a printable shopping list of supplies for Mrs. Fischer's class.
